Processing Time
• We process orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).

Shipping Options & Costs
• Standard Shipping (Economy): 7–14 business days — free on orders over AED 150; otherwise, AED 15.
• Express Shipping: 3–5 business days — AED 30.
(Note: Shipping fees include customs clearance for UAE-based customers.)

International Shipping
• We ship worldwide—estimated delivery: 10–20 business days depending on the destination.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
